This hypnosis book is so interesting!! This one time in elementary school, they had a guest speaker hypnotize 5 students and it was the craziest experience ever. Luckily for me, it wasn't me because that seemed really scary but it was crazy to watch. This book dives into the basics of how people are hypnotized and how you can hypnotize others!
Wow! I am so amazed on this book truly. I never thought that hypnosis is a form of art for me. Not everyone can do this especially what is discuss on Chapter 5 of this book. Instant Hypnosis can never be instant and simple if you are not talented on it. This art is not bad at all. As far as I know until the time I read the book Hypnosis can be helpful at times. Great writing!

I liked nothing about this book. Everything is vague and no real details. One item said 15% of people can be hypnotized. Compare that to the books title!
I never felt involved with the hypnosis, not a big fan of it and I really thought it was just an easy way to scam people, this book shows the real science behind the TV shows and the circus shows, the book explains why this technique is useful and really effective, what parts of the brain it affects and how affects them, you will now know how it works and feel more confidence about the technique!The book also offers a description of the different ways of hypnosis that there are, You will find in this book a completely detailed set of instructions to be able to use this technique in yourself with no problem at all, you will find steps to do all the parts of the hypnosis on yourself from the preparation before entering until how to get out of it and how to plant an idea in yourself! The instructions are clear and easy to follow and to understand! Recommend!
This is the first time I have read a book about hypnosis and I must say that I am surprised at how many possibilities there are for this practice. The many avenues where you can use hypnosis are stated in this book and they are written very informatively. I learned so many things about hypnosis after reading this book because there is a portion in the beginning where it tackled the history of this practice. My favorite part is actually the part where this book discussed the use of hypnosis to lose weight and to stop smoking. I would very much like to find a hypnotist that would help me lose weight plus keep it off and to help my husband stop smoking 'coz I don't think I can do it by myself after reading the steps in this book. I will try it though but I would still like to try a professional first so that I would know what I am looking for when checking if I or my husband is achieving hypnosis.
